To use our Laundromats you simply have to take with you your laundry and chosen form of payment (cash or payment card). You can buy our professional detergents or bring your own with you. You can wash your clothes and dry them in two types of dryers- 10 and 15 kg size.
10 kg dryers equipped with heat pumps are perfect for drying clothes. For drying beddings and towels, we recommend using 15 kg electric dryers.
After entering our laundry, you should choose and load the Laundromat of chosen size. You don’t have to weigh your laundry- just choose the drum that will fit the size of your laundry. Make sure that there will be some free space left in the drum after you put your laundry in it, so your laundry can spin during the washing. After loading the drum, close the Laundromat by turning the knob in the direction indicated by the arrow. After that choose the washing temperature on the display by using “WYBÓR PROGRAMU” arrow. A single temperature indicates basic washing and a double temperature indicates cycle with preliminary washing. Now pay for the use of chosen machine in accordance to the number displayed on each of them and, if needed, buy the detergents. Before buying the washing powder, please check if the cups are in the dispenser- if there are no cups in there, the machine will scatter the powder and spill the conditioner. After that, place the detergents in the applicable chambers at the top the washing machine. After that, press green START button. The washing machine will weigh the laundry, lock the detent and start the washing. It Is impossible to stop the washing cycle during the whole time of washing.
Spin speed of the washing is 1200 per minute.
We wash your laundry in water (so called “wet washing”). This process is safe not only for the fabrics, but also for human health and natural environment. By using or Laundromats you are saving your time because the entire cycle of washing and drying takes 1,5 hour averagely. You can use one of seven washing machines with total load weight of 70 kg and 6 dryers with the similar load weight. Our dryers are innovative- by using heat pump technology, they dry your clothes gently without wrinkling or damaging the fabrics. We are using industrial washing machines- they ensure sterility, fast speed and high quality of washing. They are equipped with professional washing programs and special drums. We are also offering the washing powder + conditioner detergent sets. Our detergents are professional and used by the big industrial laundries in hotels or hospitals. You can also bring your own detergents. The washing powder available in our laundries is based on sodium and soap. It is fragrance-free, hypoallergenic and safe for human health. Our conditioner has intensive, nice, fresh and long lasting fragrance that can last even for month. It has intelligent formula that activates only during movement or rubbing the fabric.
Important! Our dryers are not spinning the laundry. The laundry that you put into the dryer should be well spun. In order to dry the laundry without wrinkling and shrinking, you should load no more than half the dryer and set the temperature of drying similar or 10 degrees higher than the temperature of washing.
